Roero Arneis DOCG

From a selection of the prestigious white varietals of our vineyards in Roero.

Wine: White wine with good structure, dry and balanced mouth. Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Young, fresh and aromatic, the bouquet is typically intense, fruity and grassy.

Varietal: 100% Arneis

Winemaking: white wine vinification, soft pressing of the grapes, must and skins are immediately separated. Fermentation is done in temperature controlled vats with selected yeasts. Ready for bottling at the beginning of the following year.

Alcohol content: 13-13,5% Vol.

Serving temperature: 10-12° C.

Food and wine pairing: Ideal as aperitif. Excellent with appetizers, light pasta dishes, fish and fresh cheeses.
