Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC

It only comes from historical family plots, in panoramic position on the hills of Roero.

Wine: prestigious, blason red wine. A remarkable wine that ages well. Garnet red in colour, delicate bouquet that reminds of violet and dry palate. Very wellstructured, almost velvety. Improves with ageing.

Varietal: 100% Nebbiolo

Winemaking: in steel vats at controlled temperature (25° – 28°), daily pumping over. Eighteen months ageing in small oak barrels.

Alcohol content: 13,5% – 14% Vol

Serving temperature: 15°-18°C.

Food and wine pairing: perfect with red meat, game and old cheeses.
