Moscato d’Asti DOCG

Aromatic wine with intense straw yellow with green hues. It is rich and has good olfactory qualities, persistent, fairly fine, aromatic, with floral and fruity hints of flowers elderberry and orange.

Wine: White wine, aromatic and for dessert. The sweetness and the bouquet are enriched with slightly honeyed aromas. The taste is particular for its sweetness and softness. The freshness gives balance and makes the tasting rather lovable. Wine suitable for parties and with traditional dessert recipes.

Winemaking: In steel vats. Fermentation temperatures are monitored and the wine is racked multiple times to enhance the naturally excellent grapes.

Alcohol content: 5% – 5,5%Vol

Serving temperature: 5°- 8°C.

Food and wine pairing: Desserts, hazelnut cakes, stuffed peaches, fresh cheese.
