Wine: pleasantly fruity and fresh, it has a dry and well-orchestrated taste that is extremely versatile in cuisine.

Varietal: 100% Nebbiolo

Winemaking: After racking the must is fermented at a controlled temperature to maintain its freshness and its intense scent reminiscent of rose flowers.

Alcohol content: 13% – 13,5% Vol

Serving temperature: 10°- 12°C

Food and wine pairing: Soft on the palate with a fresh and drinkable character ideal for aperitifs and fish based appetizers.
