Dolcetto d’Alba DOC

A selection of Dolcetto grapes from our vineyards in Langa.

Wine: Simple and rustic with a very balanced mouth. This wine has been grown on the hills of Langa from time immemorial. Ruby red in colour with purplish reflections, fragrant bouquet with inviting fruity scents; dry palate with a good body and pleasantly bitterish.

Varietal: 100% Dolcetto

Winemaking: In steel vats. Fermentation temperatures are monitored and the wine is racked multiple times to enhance the naturally excellent grapes.

Alcohol content: 12,5% – 13% Vol

Serving temperature: 15°-18°C.

Food and wine pairing: It is the wine of friendship; it matches greatly with cold cuts, cheeses and stuffed pasta dishes of the Piedmontese tradition.
